Even when it gets really busy, the staff do a good job keeping things running smoothly and are usually friendly and helpful. Orders are generally accurate, they don’t tend to forget food or Happy Meal toys, and it’s a good place for families with kids. The restaurant and toilets are normally clean and well maintained too. Parking is decent, and the location is really convenient for Elland Road, as well as easy access to the M621 and White Rose nearby. Dont really ever have any complaints
- CCCoby-James McCulloch (CJ911)May 16, 20261.0Doesn’t even deserve 1 start rating, sick of ordering from here and nothing ever being right, ordered a tea with my breakfast no milk in sight, foods always clap cold, ordered KIDS happy meal few weeks ago and my child was screaming after biting into her nugget… some brain dead mcdonalds worker thought it would be a good idea to put spicey nuggets in a childs happy meal , ask for no onions due to food allergy and i received more onions in my burger than the person who asked for extra onions on theirs , pay for sauce never receive it would avoid this place like the plague, go spoons better value for money and its faster and foods always warm, question… do the workers pay for the sauces and milk out their own wage?

Kelly is just a fresh breeze and for her nothing seems too hard .on multiple visits I had requested order to be amended despite it was busy and my request was not only honoured by Kelly but she delivered great service with smile and asked if I needed anything else and you can tell it was genuine and she meant it . She satisfy each and every customer and when she is around everything is quick . Other staff who work in night shift are also amazing and this McDonald's exceeds far in service then others in whole Yorkshire . Thanks Kelly ,your exceptional service means great deal to me and my family
